1, What do/ does + S + look like? – S + be + adjective of appearance. 
 What do/ does + S + like ? – S + be + adjective of character.
2, S + be (not) + adj + enough + (for O ) + to-inf. – The house iss big enough for us to live in.
3, S + be going to + infinitive. - I am going to buy a new hat for my sister next week.
4, S + used to/ didn’t used to + bare- inf. – I didn’t used to get up early a year ago.
My father used to drink beer , but now he doesn’t.
5, MODAL VERB : must, have to, ought to, should.
6, REPORTED SPEECHC : Câu tường thuật 
 -Requests or Commands: - S + asked/ told + O + (not) + to-inf
Ex: a) She asked her son, “Can you go to the market for me ?”
She asked her son to go to the market for her. 
b) He said to me, “Don’t make so much noise’’ 
He asked me not to make so much noise .
- Advice: S + said ( that ) + S + should/ shouldn’t + infinitive
Ex: a) My mother said to me “You should go to bed early”.
My mother said that I should go to bed early
b) The police said to him, “ You shouldn’t ride your bike too fast’’.
The police said that he shouldn’t ride his bike too fast.
7, Relexive pronouns: myself, herself, himself, itself, ourselves, themselves, yourselves, youslef.
8, The s imole present tense with the future meaning 
Ex: The student collect old/ waste paper and newpaper on december 24.
9, The past simple tense
S+V2/ed + .. He arrived here day ago.
S + didn’t + V (inf) + She didn’t go to school yesterday 
Did + S + V (inf) + ? Did you clean this table last night? 
-Note: Thì quá khứ đơn thường được dùng với cụm từ chỉ thời gian xác định ở quá khứ: last week / month/ year , a week/ 3 days/ 5 months , yessterday, yessterday morning/ evening,
In + nawm , from 2000 to 2005 
10, The present perfect tense ( Thì hiện tại hoàn thành )
 - S + have /has + P.P (V3/ed) He has arrived here for 4 hours.
 - S + haven’t /hasn’t + P.P (V3/ed) I haven’t gone to Hue.
 - Have /has + S + P.P (V3/ed) ? Have they lived there for 3 years?
- Thường dùng với since/ for hoặc các trạng từ như just, recently .
11, Preposition of time: on, at, in, from to, for, by
12, Gerundes: live, love, go dislike, hate, stop, start, enjoy + V-ing
Ex: She loves cooking and making cakes.
13, All Comparisons ( so sánh0
 be ( not) as + adj + as - He is like tall as me
 ( not) the same as - My bike is the same as her bike
 be + different from - Lan’s house is different from their house.
14, Asking for favors/ offering assistance
