+/ Skills: Writing and speaking.
II. Teaching aids.
- Teacher: Auxiliary boards.
- Students: Prepare the new words , practice pronouncing these words.

II. Teaching aids. - Teacher: Auxiliary boards. - Students: Prepare the new words , practice pronouncing these words. III. Procedure. Teacher’s and students activities Contents 1. Organization: (1’) 2. Checking the old lesson: Check Ss’ new words (5’) 3. New lesson: (31’) *Warm up. To introduce the new lesson. * Activity 1 T gives some new words and asks Ss the meaning of the new words. - T asks Ss to practice notice the pronunciation. - Review the present simple tense, the continuous tense and the present perfect tense. - Remind Ss about the use of the present simple, present continuous and present perfect and their distinct time signals. Then let them do 1 individually. - Allow Ss to share ideas in pairs or in small groups. - Then correct as a class. * Activity 2: - Let Ss work individually first. Then let them share and discuss in pairs or small groups. Check and have Ss why a certain tense is used. * Activity 3: - Ask Ss to do the exercise in independent first then compare with partner. - T check the whole class. - Allow Ss time to discuss and find the answers to the questions. If Ss are having difficulty answering question 2, T may ask questions such as “ Is a schedule usually for present or future activities? - Then have Ss read the REMEMBER ! box. * Activity 4: - Have Ss do this exercise independently. T checks the answers as a class. 4. Production. (5’) - Ask some Ss to repeat the main content of the lesson and make sentences with them 1. The present simple tense. 2. The present continuous tense. 3. The present perfect tense. - T gives feedback 5. Home work. (3’) - Learn by heart the new words. - Prepare the new lesson: Communication: Read and do exercises given ( Do Quiz, write the names of the countries to their facts, prepare a small introduction about a country. * Tuyên truyền về dịch Covid 19 và cách phòng chống dịch I. Key: 2. has visited 3. is increasing 5. celebrates 7. dance 3a. Read the chedule and underline the verbs in the sentences describing the activities. Key: 1. takes 2. leaves 3b. Work in groups. Discuss the questions. Key:1. The future 2. The p. simple 4. Use the verbs in the box in their correct form to complete the sentences describing other activities in 3a.
