-Have students play the game JIGSAW PUZZLES: Put the jigsaw puzzles together to form the map of Southeast Asia.
-Have students match the name of the county with its capital.

Introduce the lesson: Today, we are going to learn about Southeast Asian attractions.
-Have students play the game: “Jigsaw Puzzles”
-Have students play the game “Process circle.”

-Have them do the exercise True or False?: Read the following sentences then decide if they are True or False.
1. The beautiful Khmer temples of Angkor Wat are one of the ancient monuments.
2. According to the text, you can enjoy colourful dances in Java.
3. If you are interested in shadow puppet shows, you can go to Indonesia.
4. The three kinds of attractions which the passage mentions are ancient monuments, different shows, and resorts.

B. Pre- reading: 
* Pre -teach vocabulary

- deaf mute: a person who is unable to hear

-Have student look at the picture of Alexander Graham Bell, and ask them questions.

-Have them do the exercise True or False: Read the following sentences then decide if they are True or False.
a. Alexander G. Bell was born in the USA. 
b. He worked with deaf- mute patients in a hospital in Boston 
c. Thomas Watson was Bell’s assistant. 
d. Bell and Watson introduced the telephone in 1877.
d. Bell experimented with ways of transmitting speech between deaf- mutes over a long distance.

exhibitions.
